The company Laboratoire NividiSkin, SAS with capital of 1,000 Euros, whose head office is in Kernigou, registered with the RCS of Brest under number 883 232 159 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), has developed the Nividiskin range of cosmetic products, sold in particular on the website www.nividiskin.com (the “Site”).
The Company, as the controller of the processing operations described below, attaches great importance to the protection and respect of privacy, and makes the necessary efforts to ensure the appropriate processing of our customers' personal information and to continually improve our professional ethics with regard to these operations.

The data provided:
In order to place an order online on the Site, you must create an account (or log in to your account if you have already created one) by providing some of your personal data: email address, first name, last name, date of birth, telephone number and nationality. We retain this data for the duration of your relationship with us, plus a period of three (3) years from the end of our relationship. This data is then archived in accordance with legal obligations.
We may collect information that you provide to us regarding third parties (referral offers, sharing a promo code, etc.). This information is only used to respond to your request, and no communication will be made to them without their consent.
Finally, in order to validate your order, we ask you to provide your bank details (cardholder's name, card numbers and expiration date). We do not store your bank details.
